a spell that would create a ring of fire and damage everything within the ring, for area damage.

What is the mindset behind this suggestion?
a new way for combos using hook and/or other spells/cloaks that allow you to get in close range

Is there anything else that you would like to add?
maybe there could be a different version utilizing ice. another idea I had would be having both fire and ice attacks in one sequence
